Tavaria Discovers Her Mirror Anchor, Loop Cracks
2026-03-07 · 2h 4m
“Session five of Psalms of Hell saw the looping party formally absorb Tavaria Vance into their ranks, with Derrin carrying Deacon on his back after Deacon lost the use of his legs to madness — a karmic reversal of the prior session. The group spent multiple loop iterations staking out the Ruby Market and studying anchors, with Derrin's impulsive throat-slitting of a mirror vendor providing dark comic relief. The real breakthrough came when Tavaria, isolated in her home, received a mysterious mirror delivery and confronted the Omniternal directly — the creature attempted to reset the day four times and failed three, confirming the mirror as her anchor. Simultaneously, Azquireth confirmed the hooded figure's shoulder-check as his anchor by staying in the library, and the Omniternal failed to reset all party members on the same loop iteration, signaling the group is close to breaking free. The session ended on a cliffhanger as the party woke to yet another madness roll, with Derrin now unable to speak below a shout, leaving the final escape attempt for next session.”
