“The party arrives on Thestorè to find the town haggard, tired, and fearful. Everyone is having awful nightmares and can't sleep. The party consults newly arrived members of the Arcanum Pansophical about the potential goings ons and discovers they answer may be hags. After spending a night in the woods and learning more about how the hags are traversing the area secretly using the Ethereal Plane from the Mysterious Voice, the Rogue Statesmen determine that the inner grove of the woods is under the effect of a Forbiddance spell and come up with a plan to successfully dispatch the hags.”
