Before Session 10
The Sea Taketh
Previously on The Sea Taketh…
The party stormed the Drowned Spire and faced Governor Crowe's frigate and Blackwater's ground defense at the apex. The chest opened on its own and revealed a cartograph mapping every ship the Pale Sereph ever sank, along with the name of the god responsible. The Pale Sereph was destroyed, Crowe turned his frigate and fled, and Blackwater surrendered his sword to Cael.
The Story So Far
Nine sessions of blood, salt, and dead gods have brought the party from a stolen manifest in Port Morrow to the destruction of the Pale Sereph itself. They now hold a cartograph naming twelve hundred sunken ships and the god who sank them, correspondence proving Governor Crowe funded the cult for twelve years, and a surrendered pirate captain whose fate has not been decided. Crowe is still alive, still powerful, and the only man with reason to want everything the party is carrying destroyed.
