Against the Giants
Previously on Against the Giants…
The party crashed a tachonis house party to hunt down Nightfang, tracking him deep into a tunnel system. Percy and Sorin cornered him in the tachonis vault, but the confrontation tripped an alarm and brought Primus Tachonis down on them. The party barely escaped, fleeing back to Grimmy's and teleporting into the safety of the Doomvault.
The Story So Far
The party previously killed the dragon Nightfang, only for him to return as a sorcerous revenant now hunting them while posing as their ally. Nightfang has stolen the Doomvault from Grimmy and intends to sell it to the Sundered Houses in Waterdeep. The party recently defeated the devil Malfuriel the Betrayer and his magebreaker golem atop a spire, and just barely escaped a tachonis vault after triggering an alarm that drew out Primus Tachonis. Grimmy is currently holding an undead phylactery on the party's behalf, tied to unfinished business with the Raven Queen.
